Terms of Service

By accessing or using Maison Évoire or Évoire Careers, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Subscription Tiers
Maison Évoire offers the following employer subscription tiers on Évoire Careers, billed monthly:
- Standard ($39/mo): One active job listing per billing cycle with standard placement.
- Featured ($99/mo): Featured placement, priority search ranking, and employer brand profile.
- Premium ($149/mo): Unlimited listings, Évoire AI Atelier matching, 30-Day Talent Guarantee, and full Évoire Dashboard CRM.
- Maintenance ($19/mo): Preserves CRM data, candidate notes, and employer profile. Active listings paused. No new postings permitted.
All subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Employers may downgrade to the Maintenance tier at any time to preserve their data.
Content Authenticity
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of their job listings, including stated compensation and role requirements.
- Candidates are responsible for the truthfulness of their professional history, portfolio assets, and skills representations.
- Maison Évoire reserves the right to remove any listing or profile found to be misleading, inaccurate, or in violation of applicable law.
Ghost Listings & Aggregated Content
Maison Évoire may display aggregated job listings sourced from public information to demonstrate platform activity. These are clearly identifiable. Companies whose roles are featured may claim and manage their listing by subscribing to an Évoire for Employers tier.
Intellectual Property
- All platform design, brand aesthetics, proprietary matching logic, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Maison Évoire.
- Candidates retain ownership of their portfolio assets. By uploading, they grant Maison Évoire a limited licence to display their work to relevant employers on Évoire Careers.
- Employers retain ownership of their job descriptions and internal Évoire Dashboard CRM notes.
The 30-Day Talent Guarantee
Premium tier employers who receive zero qualified applicants within 30 days of an active listing are eligible for one complimentary month of Premium access or a full refund of that month's subscription, at Maison Évoire's discretion.
Account Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent content, or fail to maintain an active subscription.
- Upon termination, employer data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Employers may cancel their subscription at any time via the Évoire Dashboard or by contacting francesca@thewellnessbridge.club.
Limitation of Liability
Maison Évoire operates as a curated bridge between talent and brands. We accept no liability for the outcome of any employment relationship facilitated through Évoire Careers. Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
