Information We Collect
- Employers: Company name, contact name, business email, billing information processed via Stripe, and recruitment preferences.
- Candidates: Full name, professional email, portfolio assets, skills, experience, and location preferences.
- Platform Usage: Login activity, job application records, and internal CRM notes created by employers within their Évoire Dashboard.
How We Use Your Data
- To facilitate the recruitment process between employers and candidates on Évoire Careers.
- To provide AI-driven matching that aligns candidate portfolios with employer requirements.
- To process subscription payments securely via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails including account confirmations, subscription updates, and hiring activity notifications.
- To improve platform features, personalise experience, and maintain platform security.
Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the following essential service providers:
- Stripe: Payment processing. Your card details are never stored on Maison Évoire servers.
- Anthropic (Claude AI): AI matching logic processes anonymised skills and portfolio data to generate match scores for Évoire Intelligence.
- Hosting Infrastructure: Secure server infrastructure in compliance with applicable data protection standards.
Data Security
- All database queries use prepared statements to prevent injection attacks.
- Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text.
- CRM notes and candidate portfolios are protected by row-level access controls.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS encrypted connections.
Data Retention
- Active accounts retain all data for the duration of the subscription.
- Upon cancellation, candidate data and employer CRM notes are preserved for 30 days before permanent deletion.
- Employers on the Maintenance tier ($19/month) retain full Évoire Dashboard access and CRM data indefinitely while their subscription remains active.
Your Rights
- Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Withdraw consent for AI processing at any time.

Maison Évoire uses session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
