About the role
A five-star resort and spa in Tuscany is looking for a Spa Director to lead its award-winning wellness facility. You will be responsible for the full spa operation — team leadership, treatment menu development, therapist training, revenue management, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
You will manage a team of 25 spa and wellness professionals, own the spa P&L, and work closely with the resort General Manager on the positioning and growth of the spa as a destination in its own right.
Minimum 5 years in spa management at a five-star or luxury property. CIDESCO qualification or equivalent preferred.
