About the role
A luxury wellness brand operating destination retreats across Europe, APAC, and the Americas is looking for a Head of Retreat Programming to lead the design, curation, and operational delivery of its multi-day retreat experiences.
You will develop the retreat curriculum, identify and manage facilitator relationships, oversee the guest experience from pre-arrival to post-retreat follow-up, and work with the commercial team to ensure retreats are both transformative and commercially viable.
Previous senior experience in retreat programming or luxury wellness hospitality. A personal practice in yoga, meditation, or a somatic modality is expected.
