A pioneering intimate wellness brand is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the creation of new body and intimate care formulations from concept through to launch. You will work with external labs, manage timelines and ensure every product meets our clinical and sensory standards. This category is growing faster than any in beauty — and we are leading it.

Background in cosmetic product development or formulation. Experience with intimate wellness, body care or clinical skincare preferred. Understanding of regulatory requirements for intimate products.
