About the role
A fast-growing body care brand with a loyal DTC following and growing retail presence is looking for a Product Development Lead to own its innovation pipeline from concept to counter.
You will brief and manage external development partners, own the product development timeline, evaluate submissions for brand fit and efficacy, and coordinate safety and stability testing. You will also work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop the product narrative and packaging brief.
4+ years in body care or personal care product development. Strong network of formulation and packaging suppliers preferred.
