About the role
A premium body and wellness brand expanding from DTC into UK retail is looking for a Head of Retail to build and own the retail channel from the ground up. You will be responsible for securing and managing retailer partnerships, building the in-store brand experience, and driving sell-through performance across all retail accounts.
This is a pivotal commercial role with direct founder access. The right person has deep relationships within UK beauty and wellness retail, a track record of building new retail channels, and the commercial acumen to hold their own in buyer negotiations.
