Senior Formulation Chemist — Natural Skincare
About the role
A growing natural and organic skincare brand is seeking a Senior Formulation Chemist to lead product development across its skincare and body care ranges. You will own the formulation process from brief to stability-approved submission, working closely with the product and marketing teams to develop efficacious, on-trend formulations that meet the brand clean chemistry standards.
Responsibilities include developing and optimising formulas using natural and naturally-derived ingredients, managing INCI compliance and EU regulatory submissions, overseeing stability and safety testing, and supporting the technical evaluation of new ingredients.
You bring 4+ years of hands-on formulation experience in skincare, ideally with expertise in natural and waterless formulations.
