About the role
Elemis is looking for a Digital Marketing Director to lead our digital growth strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels — driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue at scale.
This role exists to accelerate Elemis's momentum in the digital era — bringing sophisticated, data-driven thinking to how we reach, convert, and retain customers online.
You will own performance marketing strategy across paid social, search, and programmatic, lead CRM and email marketing programmes, set the direction for SEO and organic growth, and manage a team of digital specialists.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Director with 8+ years of experience in beauty, wellness, or premium e-commerce.
Primarily remote within the UK, with regular presence at our London offices.
