Community & Social Impact Manager
About the role
Rare Beauty is seeking a Community & Social Impact Manager to steward our growing global community and deepen our commitment to mental health advocacy and emotional wellbeing.
Rare Beauty was founded on the belief that beauty should be a source of joy, not anxiety. This role is central to living that mission — building genuine relationships with our community and supporting our Rare Impact Fund initiatives.
You will manage community engagement across all social platforms, develop programming that supports our mental health mission, partner with the Rare Impact Fund team, and identify relationships with mental health organisations.
The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of community management or social impact experience and a genuine passion for mental health advocacy.
Fully remote within the US.
