About the role
A digitally-native beauty brand with strong DTC revenue is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid digital acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google and Pinterest.
This is a high-ownership role. You will manage a significant paid media budget, develop and test creative strategies, and be responsible for hitting CAC and ROAS targets. As the brand scales, you will build out the paid team.
4+ years in performance marketing with beauty, wellness or lifestyle brand experience. Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads essential.
