About the role
A destination wellness retreat in the Cotswolds is looking for a Wellness Programme Director to lead the design and delivery of its guest wellness experience.
You will be responsible for the full wellness curriculum — from signature retreat programmes and daily movement sessions to spa treatments, nutrition, and specialised workshop offerings. You will recruit, develop and manage a team of 12 wellness practitioners.
Deep wellness practitioner expertise in at least one modality, plus significant experience leading wellness teams in a luxury hospitality context. Live-in role with accommodation provided.
