About the role
Glossier is looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that deepen our cultural relevance and grow our community of beauty believers worldwide.
You will own integrated marketing campaigns from brief to launch — working across product, creative, digital, and retail to ensure every touchpoint feels unmistakably Glossier. You bring a rare combination of strategic clarity and creative instinct.
Responsibilities include developing seasonal brand marketing strategies, briefing and managing creative agencies, overseeing campaign performance, and identifying emerging cultural moments where Glossier can show up authentically.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years of brand marketing experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle, and a portfolio of campaigns that demonstrate both aesthetic sensibility and measurable results.
Fully remote, open to candidates based in the United States.
