About the role
A prestige skincare and cosmetics brand with national retail distribution is looking for a Retail Education Manager to lead training and in-store activation across its UK retail estate.
You will design and deliver the brand education programme for retail beauty advisors across Selfridges, Space NK, Harvey Nichols, and independent stockists. You will manage a team of five field educators, own the training content calendar, and work closely with the retail and marketing teams to drive sell-through at counter.
The right candidate brings 4+ years in prestige beauty retail education, a genuine passion for skin and ingredient education, and the presence and communication skills to inspire retail teams.
