About the role
Augustinus Bader is seeking a Head of Global Retail & Education to lead our retail strategy and build the education infrastructure that positions our brand as the definitive authority in skin science worldwide.
This role ensures that every retail partner, every beauty advisor, and every consumer who encounters Augustinus Bader fully understands what makes our approach to skin health genuinely different.
You will oversee global retail partnerships across luxury department stores and specialty retailers, design a world-class education programme for retail teams, and act as a brand ambassador at key industry events.
We are looking for a senior retail leader with 8+ years of experience in luxury beauty or skincare.
This is a senior remote role with significant international travel.
