About the role
A digitally-native skincare brand with strong Sephora and DTC revenue is hiring its first Head of E-Commerce. You will own the full digital commerce operation — site experience, conversion optimisation, retention strategy, subscription growth, and the technology stack that underpins it all.
Working directly with the CMO and founder, you will be responsible for hitting aggressive revenue targets, leading a team of two, and building the infrastructure for international expansion. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands both the numbers and the brand.
5+ years in DTC e-commerce required. Beauty or personal care brand experience strongly preferred.
