Formulation Communications Specialist
About the role
The Ordinary is looking for a Formulation Communications Specialist to translate the science behind our products into clear, accurate, and compelling content for consumers, press, and partners worldwide.
This role exists to make complex formulation science accessible — without dumbing it down. You will work closely with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure product claims are accurate and ingredient stories are told truthfully.
Responsibilities include writing product copy and ingredient education content, supporting press and retail partners with accurate product information, reviewing marketing materials for scientific accuracy.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in chemistry, cosmetic science, or a related field with 3+ years of experience communicating science to a consumer audience.
Fully remote, open to candidates in Canada and the United States.
