About the role
A prestige DTC beauty brand is looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Manager to own the full lifecycle email and SMS programme — from welcome series and post-purchase flows to loyalty and win-back campaigns.
You will be responsible for strategy, segmentation, creative briefing, and performance analysis across a subscriber base of 500,000+. You will work closely with the retention and performance teams to ensure CRM is the highest-converting channel in the marketing mix.
3+ years in CRM and email marketing. Klaviyo proficiency essential. Beauty, lifestyle, or subscription brand experience preferred.
