Brand Partnerships & Influencer Lead

Drunk Elephant is seeking a Brand Partnerships & Influencer Lead to build and manage the relationships that keep our brand at the centre of the skincare conversation.
Drunk Elephant has always grown through authentic word of mouth. This role nurtures and expands that ecosystem with the same integrity and playfulness that defines everything we do.
You will identify, brief, and manage influencer and creator partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, negotiate brand collaboration agreements, develop gifting and seeding strategies for new product launches, and track partnership performance.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of influencer marketing experience in beauty or lifestyle and an existing network of beauty creators.
Fully remote within the United States.
