A leading prestige haircare brand known for its clinical approach to scalp health is seeking a Senior Hair Care Formulator to join its innovation team. You will lead the development of new haircare formulations from concept through to commercial launch, working closely with the brand and marketing teams to translate consumer insight and clinical data into efficacious, sensorial products.
You bring deep expertise in surfactant science, conditioning agents, and scalp-active ingredients. Experience with clinical testing protocols for hair and scalp claims is highly valued. 5+ years in professional or prestige haircare formulation required.
