About the role
A luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand is seeking a Retail & Boutique Experience Director to lead the design and execution of in-store experience across their flagship boutiques and key retail partners worldwide. You will oversee everything from spatial design briefs and staff training to events programming and VIP client relations.
What they’re looking for
Luxury retail management or experience design background. Previous work with niche or prestige fragrance brands preferred. Experience managing boutique teams and luxury client relationships.
