Creative Producer, Social & Video
About the role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking a Creative Producer specialising in social and video content to help us tell the most glamorous, inspiring, and high-converting stories in beauty.
You will produce short and long-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and paid channels — owning the production process from concept and scripting through to final delivery.
Working closely with our Creative Director and Social team, you will develop monthly content calendars, manage shoot logistics, brief freelance videographers and editors, and ensure all content meets our strict brand standards.
We are looking for a creative producer with 4+ years of experience producing beauty, fashion, or lifestyle content.
Remote-friendly within the UK and Europe, with occasional travel to our London HQ.
